Ingredients (9)

400.00 g tuna — or Norwegian salmon
2.00 spring onions — finely chopped
lime — zest only
2.00 red chillies — chopped
3.00 avocado — halved
45.00 ml fresh coriander
30.00 ml olive oil — extra virgin, to drizzle
6.00 lime — wedges, to serve

Slice or cube the fish and place in a
glass bowl. Add spring onion, zest,
lime juice and chillies.

Chill for
30 minutes. Pile a generous helping
of fish on a plate with half an avo.

Scatter over coriander leaves and
drizzle over a little olive oil. Serve
with lime wedges.
