Ingredients (8)

1 pita breads — halved
fresh chillies — 573
tomato sauce — All Gold
mature cheddar cheese — grated
chorizo sausage — thinly sliced
baby tomatoes — halved
goat's milk cheese — garlic flavoured
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Halve the pitas carefully lengthways.
Brush with a little oil and grill both sides.
Top with tomato sauce, mature cheddar, chorizo, baby tomatoes, goats cheese,lots of black pepper and a pinch of salt.
Grill again until bubbling.
