Ingredients (4)

410.00 g pineapple — tinned chunks, drained
100.00 g ginger biscuits — broken into pieces
500.00 ml custard
100.00 g chocolate — melted

Use 4 pudding bowls, suitable for 1 portion each.
Arrange the pineapple chunks and ginger biscuits in layers in each bowl. Pour over a generous quantity of custard and drizzle a little melted chocolate on top. Leave for a while before serving.
Serves 4.
