Peach, feta and pecan salad with honey

It's everything and more you could ask for on a plate; sweet, caramelized peaches with creamy feta cheese, crunchy pecan nuts and decadent honey on a bed of fresh watercress.

Ingredients (7)

2 butter
4 peaches — segmented
2 cup watercress
1 cup feta cheese — Danish
1 pecan nuts — chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
honey — ro serve

Method:

In a saucepan, heat the butter and gently fry the peaches until they start to colour and caramelize. Set aside.

On a salad plate, arrange the fresh watercress, top with peaches, crumbled feta cheese, nuts and drizzle with honey. Season.
Serves two as a main.
