|125 g||peas — cooked|
|400 ml||water — cold|
|15 ml||fresh chillies — 573|
|1 cloves||garlic — cloves, crushed|
|parmesan — shavings|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste|
Bring the water, garlic and olive oil to the boil in a small pot. Add the pasta and cook for 5 minutes. Add the peas. Then add salt and pepper.
Remove when pasta is al dente and stir in Parmesan cheese.
