Ingredients (4)

115.00 g granadillas — pulp
10.00 ml icing sugar
15.00 ml brandy
250.00 ml sparkling wine

Strain the granadilla pulp through a sieve and discard the pips. Mix the juice with the icing sugar and brandy and divide between 2 sparkling wine glasses. Fill the glasses with sparkling wine and serve immediately.
Serves 2.
