Ingredients (4)

1 butternut — or pumpkin
1 potato — or sweet potato
2 carrots
milk — for consistency

Method:

Choose three of the vegetables to create an orange mix

Peel and dice the chosen vegetables into 1-inch pieces

Steam the vegetables until very soft, about 15-20 minutes

Add all vegetables into a blender and puree

Add the vegetable water or milk until you achieve a smooth consistency
