Nectarine bellini

In the spirit of summer, this sparkling wine-based cocktail is refreshing and wonderfully festive, ideal for sundowners on a hot summers day!

Ingredients (3)

250 g nectarines — sliced and frozen, plus slices to garnish
2 tots peach liqueur
1/2 bottle sparkling wine

Method:

Place the frozen nectarine into a blender, along with the peach liqueur and blitz to form a frozen crush.

Spoon into glasses and top with sparkling wine.

Garnish each glass with a slice of nectarine.
