Ingredients (12)

Tomato sauce:
390 g tomatoes — crushed
olive oil
2 garlic — cloves, crushed
1 fresh chillies — chopped
1 Tbs sugar
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
Toppings:
bacon — fried
spanish sausage — sliced
rosa tomatoes — halved
mozzarella cheese
eggs
naan breads

Method:

For the tomato sauce:

Fry the garlic and chilli in the olive oil until soft. Add the crushed tomatoes and sugar. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 10 minutes until it has reduced a bit.

Assembling the pizza:

Spoon a thin layer of sauce on top of the naan and top with the remaining pizza ingredients

Cooking:

If you do not have a Cobb, heat the grill and place the pizzas about 15 cm below. Grill until the cheese is just melted and egg white just set (it will cook some more once you remove it from the heat).

Sprinkle with some chopped chives and serve.
