|500 g||beef mince — extra-lean|
|1 tsp||dried parsley|
|1 tsp||mustard powder — hot English|
|1 tsp||dried Italian herbs|
|1 1/2 Tbs||tomato sauce|
|1 1/2 Tbs||Worcestershire sauce|
|1/2 cup||breadcrumbs — low GI|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste|
|Cook n bake Original Non Stick Spray|
Combine all the ingredients and let the mixture rest in the fridge for about half an hour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll tablespoonfuls of the mince mixture into small meatballs between your palms.
Line a roasting pan with tin foil and spray with the cooking spray.
Bake the meatballs for about 15 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time, or until cooked through.
Note: These freeze well.
