Ingredients (8)

1.00 onion — finely chopped
400.00 g meatballs and beans in tomato sauce
30.00 ml chutney
1.00 tomatoes — diced
30.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper
12.00 bread — white, slices
margarine — for spreading

Blanch the onion in boiling water for a few minutes, then drain.
Mash the meatballs in the sauce with a fork and mix with the chutney, diced tomato, chopped onion and parsley. Season with salt and black pepper.
Butter the bread slices on both sides and place the filling on six slices. Cover with the remaining six slices.
Toast the sandwiches in a sandwich toaster until golden brown and heated through.
