800.00 g potatoes — peeled
125.00 ml milk
40.00 g butter
80.00 ml parmesan cheese — grated
30.00 ml wholegrain mustard

Boil potatoes in a saucepan
until soft. Drain and mash. Add
milk, butter, grated Parmesan
and whole-grain mustard. Serve.
