1.00 onion — chopped
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
100.00 g mushrooms — portabellini, oyster and button, sliced
15.00 ml fresh coriander — chopped
125.00 ml cream
65.00 ml stock — beef
0.00 salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Heat oil and lightly saut&eacute onion and garlic.
Add mushroom and coriander, cook for five minutes.
Add cream and stock, season and cook for a further two minutes.
Serve over Uphuthu.
