|1-2 packets||Eskort Double Smoked Sliced Ham|
|1 x loaf||ciabatta|
|1/4 cup||basil pesto|
|1/2 cup||sundried tomatoes|
|1 tub||medium fat plain cream cheese|
Cut the ciabatta in half and then again lengthways, so that you have two bottom halves and two top halves.
Spread the basil pesto on the bottom 2 halves and cream cheese on the top two halves.
Top the basil pesto slices with Eskort sliced ham, sundried tomatoes and rocket.
Close the halves and then cut down the middle to make 4 sandwiches.
