Ingredients (7)

1 garlic clove
5 ml salt
50 ml honey
5 ml Dijon mustard
20 ml lemon juice
60 ml olive oil
freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Crush the garlic clove and salt and mix it until creamy. Add the honey, mustard and lemon juice. Add the olive oil and mix well. Add black pepper to taste.
