Green seafood curry

|1.00||coconut milk — tinned|
|250.00 g||mixed seafood|
|300.00 g||hake — fillets, cubed|
|15.00 ml||fish sauce|
|250.00 g||green beans — fine, blanched|
|15.00 ml||fresh coriander — or basil, chopped|
Heat oil in a large saucepan and fry the curry pste for about one minute.
Add the coconut milk and heat, stirring to combine.
Add the seafood, hake and fish sauce, and simmer for three to five minutes until cooked through.
Add the green beans and herbs and serve with basmati rice or pasta.
