30.00 ml oil
15.00 ml curry paste — green
1.00 coconut milk — tinned
250.00 g mixed seafood
300.00 g hake — fillets, cubed
15.00 ml fish sauce
250.00 g green beans — fine, blanched
15.00 ml fresh coriander — or basil, chopped

Method:

Heat oil in a large saucepan and fry the curry pste for about one minute.
Add the coconut milk and heat, stirring to combine.
Add the seafood, hake and fish sauce, and simmer for three to five minutes until cooked through.
Add the green beans and herbs and serve with basmati rice or pasta.
