Ingredients (6)

1 peach
2 carrots
1 apple
2 chicken thighs
1/2 cup rice
oil — for frying

Method:

Peel the carrots and apple

Remove the core and seeds from the apple and peach

Slice the apple, carrots and peach into pieces

Steam the apple, peach and carrot until soft

Add the rice to a pot with 1 cup of water and cook until the water is fully absorbed or until the rice is cooked

Heat oil in pan on medium to high heat, add the chicken thighs and fry for 15 minutes or until fully cooked and browned

Add the chicken and the fruit and carrot mix and coarsely puree

Stir the rice through the chicken and fruit mix
