|100 g||dark chocolate|
|200 g||unsalted butter|
|1 1/2 cup||castor sugar|
|1/3 cup||cocoa powder|
|1 tsp||baking powder|
|1 cup||dark chocolate|
Preheat the oven at 180°C
Prepare a 20cm square baking pan, greased and lined with baking paper and set aside.
In a microwave proof dish, melt chocolate and butter.
In a separate mixing bowl, add flour, castor sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Add melted chocolate mixture to the flour mixture and stir until well combined.
Beat eggs separately and add to the brownie mixture. Be careful not to overmix.
Transfer into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Brownies will be soft in the center.
Cool completely before cutting.
Heat chocolate and cream in the microwave until melted. Keep on stirring until slightly thick and gently spread over cooled brownies.
