1.00 cucumber — English, thinly sliced
125.00 ml vinegar — white wine
30.00 ml water — boiled
30.00 ml sugar
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
15.00 ml dates — chopped
fresh parsley

Method:

Place cucumber in a dish and set aside.
Mix vinegar, water, sugar, and seasoning, until sugar dissolves. Pour over cucumber.
Sprinkle with parsley and refrigerate for a day.
