Ingredients (8)

500 g chicken — wings
45 ml Dijon mustard
15 ml salt
30 ml onion — flakes
30 ml freshly ground black pepper
500 ml flour
oil — for deep frying
30 ml garlic — powder

Cut off
the wing tip of each wing.

Rub the mustard all over
the winglets.

Mix the salt
and spices and season on
both sides.

Put the flour
into a plastic bag, add the
chicken, and shake well
to coat.

Heat the oil in a deep pan and fry the
chicken for 4-6 minutes
until crisp and cooked.

Drain on paper towels,
and cool for 5 minutes
before serving.
