Ingredients (5)

3 bread slices
1 egg
120 ml milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tbsp ground cinnamon

Whisk the egg, milk, vanilla and cinnamon until well combined.

Slice the bread until strips.

Melt butter in a pan on medium to high heat.

Soak the bread in the egg mixture on both sides.

Add to the pan and fry for about 5 minutes or until golden on both sides.
