|1 Tbs||fresh chillies — 573|
|120 g||chorizo — finely sliced|
|500 g||vine tomatoes|
|10 g||fresh parsley — chopped|
|115 g||brie cheese — sliced|
|sea salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|pecorino cheese — shavings|
|rocket — to garnish|
Heat a small frying pan with olive oil, add the chorizo and cook for 2–3 min or until crispy. Toss in the vine tomatoes and cook for an additional 3–4 min, stirring.
Remove the pan from the stove, add the parsley and brie and toss well to combine. Season.
Add the mixture to the cooked pasta. Toss well to combine.
Divide mixture between 4 serving bowls and serve immediately, with pecorino shavings and rocket to garnish.
