Ingredients (8)

1 cup water
1 heaped tbsp low fat cottage cheese
1 heaped tbsp Greek yoghurt
1/2 ripe avocado
1 small banana — sliced and frozen
1 scoop protein powder — chocolate or any protein powder of choosing, see notes
1 tsp peanut butter
1 pinch sea salt

Method:

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy. 

Notes

Adjust sweetness by adding 1-2 dates.

If you don’t have chocolate protein powder, use a vanilla or neutral flavoured one and add 1 tbsp cocoa powder.

Optional extras: 1 tbsp cocoa nibs, 2-3 ice blocks (if you prefer a smoothie with a thicker consistency), 1 tbsp chia seeds
