Chicken Wraps

These tortillas stuffed with chicken, patty pans and pepper are great for a picnic dinner.

Ingredients (8)

15.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
2.00 cloves garlic — cloves, crushed
500.00 g chicken breast fillets — thinly sliced
1.00 onion — small, sliced
6.00 patty pans — sliced
6.00 piquanté peppers — chopped
125.00 ml yoghurt — natural, warmed
4.00 tortillas — flour

1. Heat the olive oil in a heavy-
based frying pan. Add the garlic
and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add
the chicken and fry over a high
heat for two minutes, then add the
onion and pattypans and stir-fry
for a further three minutes, or until
the vegetables are tender. Season to taste.

2. Mix the piquanté peppers and
the yoghurt.

3. Spoon the chicken filling into the
tortillas and top with the yoghurt
sauce. Fold up to form a wrap
and serve immediately.
