Ingredients (6)

300 ml wine — sparkling
100 ml mango juice
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp fresh ginger — finely grated
1 tsp fresh coriander — chopped
1 tsp fresh basil — chopped

Mix all ingredients together and pour into champagne flutes. Serve with a sprig of coriander
