375.00 ml short-grain rice
2.00 ml hemp seed oil
2.00 ml sesame oil
10.00 ml soy sauce
15.00 ml fresh ginger — juice
65.00 ml fresh coriander — chopped
65.00 ml sesame seeds
100.00 g tofu — smoked, cubed
0.50 cucumber — English, grated
125.00 ml piquanté peppers
1.00 avocado

Cook the brown rice and fluff with a fork when done.
Stir in the hemp oil, sesame oil, soya sauce, ginger juice and coriander leaves.
Quickly toast sesame seeds in a dry pan and stir into the rice, leaving some for sprinkling over at the end.
Toss in diced tofu, cucumber, piquanté peppers and avocado and finish off with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
