Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
First off, pan fry (or braai) the boerewors until done, set aside.
Follow the recipe for the perfect pizza dough. When it’s ready to use, roll it out into two pizzas and cover the bases with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with dried oregano.
Cut the boerewors into small pieces and arrange on the bases of the pizza with onion and mozzarella.
Bake for 10 – 15 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil. Makes two medium-sized pizzas.
