|1/2 cup||butter — melted|
|1 Tbs||poppy seeds|
Preheat oven to 200 ‘ C.
Lay out a sheet of phyllo and brush with butter. Add another layer overlapping the first and brush with butter, add a third layer and brush with butter. Place the string of boerewors lenthways across the phyllo and wrap up like a Swiss roll. Shape it into a wheel and brush with more butter. Sprinkle on poppy seeds and place in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Allow to cool slightly before cutting up. Enjoy with a mayo or mustard dip.
