5-ingredient berry and lemon instant ice cream
|400 g||raspberries — frozen|
|400 g||mixed berries — frozen|
|lemon — juice only|
|85 g||icing sugar|
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food blender, blitz for 3-4 minutes or until all the ingredients are combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy, serve immediately or spoon into a container and freeze until ready to use.
Scoop into ice cream cones or serve scoops in a bowl.
