Ingredients (12)

500.00 g beef — thinly sliced
salt
freshly ground black pepper
185.00 g tuna — tinned in oil
15.00 ml capers
2.00 sardines
15.00 ml lemon juice
25.00 ml cream
fresh parsley — chopped
25.00 ml oil
200.00 ml wine — white
25.00 ml sour cream

Method:

Season the slices of beef with salt and pepper to taste.
Drain the tuna and place in the food processor with the capers, sardines, lemon juice, cream and chopped parsley. Process and season to taste with pepper.
Spread the slices of beef with this mixture and roll each slice up tightly. Secure with toothpicks.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the beef olives rapidly in the heated oil until brown.
Add the wine and simmer until the meat is tender. Remove the beef olives.
Add the sour cream to the sauce, mix well and serve with the beef olives.
