Ingredients (4)

6.00 bananas — sliced
60.00 ml butter
85.00 ml soft dark brown sugar
150.00 ml cream — thick

Arrange banana slices on a platter or individual plates (1 1/2 bananas a person).
SAUCE: Place all ingredients in a saucepan and heat gently over low heat until sugar has dissolved, stirring occasionally. Bring to boil.
Remove from heat and spoon over banana slices.
Serve immediately.
