Ingredients (6)

2 bananas — halved
300 ml yoghurt — plain
30 ml honey
2 apples — peeled and grated
30 ml peanut butter
400 ml milk — low-fat

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in
a blender and blend for about
1 minute. Pour into glasses
and serve immediately.
Makes: 1-2 litres.
