Baked oats porridge

Ingredients (10)

2 apples — green, peeled and grated
65 ml oil
125 ml sugar
1 eggs — extra-large
375 ml oats
5 ml baking powder
2 ml salt
125 ml raisins — seedless
65 ml mixed nuts — chopped
2 ml cinnamon — ground

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Spray a small ovenproof dish with non-stick spray. Arrange the apple slices in the bottom of the dish. Whisk the oil, sugar and egg together. Add the remaining ingredients and mix lightly. Pour over the apple slices in the dish and bake for 30 minutes or until done and golden brown on top. Serve with plain yoghurt or milk.
Serves 4-6.
