Ingredients (9)

30.00 g butter
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
25.00 g flour — cake
5.00 ml salt
3.00 ml freshly ground black pepper
500.00 ml cream
250.00 ml sour cream
30.00 ml french mustard — or German mustard
25.00 ml lemon juice

Method:

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and
stir-fry for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the cake flour, salt and pepper and stir until a smooth paste is formed. Return to the heat and boil for 2 minutes. Gradually beat in the cream, and simmer over medium heat until fairly thick. Add the sour cream and mustard. Beat until smooth. Taste, season, stir in the lemon juice and spoon into a bowl.
