    frozen mixed berries
  • bananas

    smooth, sugar-free peanut butter
  • 60
    ml
    water
  • 60
    ml
    almond milk
  • 6
    ice cubes
  • TO FINISH
  • variety of fresh fruit, cashew nuts and poppy seeds
  • OTHER TOPPINGS
  • Granola
  • goji berries
  • almonds
  • sunflower seeds
  • fresh dates
  • cocoa shavings
  • desiccated coconut
  • ground cinnamon or ginger
 

Method

 

1. Pulse the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses or jars.

2. To finish Top with fresh fruit, nuts and poppy seeds.

TIP

Add 10ml (2t) chia seeds to the smoothie and leave for an hour for the seeds to swell.
