Berry, banana and peanut butter smoothie

Ingredients (16)

350 g mixed berries — frozen
bananas
30 ml sugar free peanut butter
60 ml water
60 ml almond milk
6 ice — cubes
TO FINISH
variety of fresh fruit, cashew nuts and poppy seeds
other toppings
granola
goji berries
almonds
sunflower oil
dates — fresh
cocoa shavings
desiccated coconut
ground cinnamon or ginger

Method:

1. Pulse the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses or jars.

2. To finish Top with fresh fruit, nuts and poppy seeds.

TIP

Add 10ml (2t) chia seeds to the smoothie and leave for an hour for the seeds to swell.
