Creamy peanut butter and mixed berries come together in this smoothie.
|350 g||mixed berries — frozen|
|30 ml||sugar free peanut butter|
|60 ml||almond milk|
|6||ice — cubes|
|variety of fresh fruit, cashew nuts and poppy seeds|
|dates — fresh|
|ground cinnamon or ginger|
1. Pulse the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses or jars.
2. To finish Top with fresh fruit, nuts and poppy seeds.
Add 10ml (2t) chia seeds to the smoothie and leave for an hour for the seeds to swell.
