You can even make a folded pizza in a Bauer pan.
Use the dough for the pot loaf, and press only half the dough onto the bottom of the pan once it has been proved. Spread with smooth cottage cheese and sprinkle with a little chopped onion and 1 or 2 crushed cloves of garlic. Top with shredded spinach and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover with the remaining dough, pressing it down firmly. Cover and place on a stove plate over low heat for about 20 minutes. Turn the pizza when brown underneath and bake the other side until lightly browned.
