Chutney Chicken



  • 2 onions
  • chutney
  • 18 chicken pieces (thighs are best)
  • chicken spice
  • olive oil
  • chicken spice
  • 1 punnet sliced mushrooms
  • 1 packet brown onion soup
  • 1 green pepper
  • mayonnaise (low oil)
  • 1 red pepper


Brown the chicken pieces in the roasting pan with some olive oil, onions, garlic and chicken spice.
Chuck in the peppers, mushrooms and dry soup.
Mix the chutney & mayo together and pour over chicken until all covered.
Bake at 150° C for 2 hours.
