Vanilla chia pudding

Ingredients

  • 1
    cup
    full cream milk
  • 1 ½
    tsp
    vanilla paste
  • 1
    Tbs
    raw honey - heaped
  • 4
    Tbs
    chia seeds
  • toppings of your choice (optional)
 

Method

10 mins and overnight refrigeration
 

Place the milk, vanilla paste and honey in a bowl and whisk until fully combined and smooth.

Stir in the chia seeds.

Transfer the mixture to a glass or mason jar. Leave in the fridge overnight until the mixture has thickened.

   
Serving suggestion: top your chia pudding with toasted coconut flakes, cinnamon, chopped nuts or fresh fruit just before serving.
