That’s how we felt when we came across Linda Miller Nicholson’s Instagram account, @saltyseattle that features mind-bending rainbow pasta shapes – all made with natural vegetable dye, herbs and superfoods.
Linda’s creations are so mesmerising that it’s no surprise she’s garnered a cool 88.5K following.

I call it, Girl with a Noodle Earring. When you’re done gazing upon her visage, you can eat her. Maybe I could market this series to sociopaths who like pasta? Innn other news, faces are HARD. Sorry for making child’s play of your work, Vermeer. I hope there’s plenty of room in your grave to roll over comfortably.
