Shrimp on a bed of quinoa and peas

Time 3 hrs (marinade)
  • 225
    g
    precooked shrimp
  • Marinade:
  • crushed garlic
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • cayenne pepper
  • mixed herbs
  • salt and black pepper
 

Method

10 mins
 
Mix all the marinade ingredients together and let the shrimp soak for about three hours.
A quick toss in the pan to heat up.
Add touch of maizena to thicken the sauce.
Serve over a bed of quinoa and peas.
Squeeze a bit of lemon juice over the top.
