Seaweed wraps

Serving Change
  • Sheets of seaweed
  • Rocket and other lettuces of your choice
  • A mix of sprouts
  • Cucumber, in quartered pieces
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Tomato chutney
  • Basil pesto
  • Mayonnaise
  • Herb salt


10 mins
Lay your piece of seaweed on a flat surface.
Spread some mayo in a line in the centre.
Spread a line of pesto next to the mayo.
Fill wrap with the lettuces, avocado, sprouts and cucumber.
Dollop some tomato chutney on top.
Sprinkle with some herb salt
Roll up tightly.
