Parma ham and pineapple pizza

A blokey pizza with a touch of chilli to fire things up.

Ingredients (6)

4 Tbs tomato and onion mix
1 cup mozzarella cheese — grated
1/2 fresh chillies — medium, deseeded and chopped
4 prosciutto — or Parma ham, sliced
1/2 cup pineapple — chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Preheat oven to 220 C.

Spread the tomato & onion mix over the pizza
base using the back of a spoon.

Sprinkle over the mozzarella and chilli.
Top
with the prosciutto, pineapple pieces, more mozzarella and a generous grinding
of salt and pepper.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until the base is golden and crispy.
