Berry popsicles

Minutes 10 min + 4+ hours freezing time
  • 2
    freshly brewed rooibos tea
  • xylitol
  • 1/2
    lemon zest and juice
  • 1
    mixed berries


10 min + 4+ hours freezing time

Stir together the cooled tea, the xylitol (which can be omitted) and lemon. Roughly chop the berries and place a few berries into each of the popsicle moulds, fill with the tea.
Place in the freezer, and allow to freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely set.
Remove from moulds and serve immediately.
