vetkoek dough
1 cup brown sugar
250ml cream — or condensed milk

Buy vetkoek dough from Spar, grease a baking dish. Roll vetkoek into balls, place in greased dish.
Sprinkle over brown sugar (1 cup)
Add cream or try condense milk for a sweater taste.
Bake at 180 for 15 minutes until golden brown. Serve as starter or with the braai.
