Ingredients (5)

100 ml white port
200 ml tonic water
1 lemon
1 orange
mint sprigs

Method:

Mix the port and tonic water together with a squeeze each of lemon and orange juices.

Add ice to a pretty glass, pour over the port mixture and give it a little stir.

Garnish with a slice of lemon or orange and a sprig of mint, and enjoy!
