Ingredients (6)

sterilised glass bottle
3.00 eggs — beaten
175.00 ml condensed milk
50.00 ml nescafé instant coffee granules
300.00 ml cream — fresh, single
450.00 ml whiskey — or brandy

Mix all the ingredients together until they are well blended. Strain the mixture through a sieve into a bowl. Pour the liqueur into the sterilised glass bottle and store in the fridge. This liqueur will keep for up to six weeks.
