Ingredients (16)

Cupcakes
300 g cake flour
300 g sugar
3 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp salt
230 ml milk
100 ml oil
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
220 ml water
100 g butter
80 g salted caramel
450 g icing sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
40 ml milk
green food colouring
ice cream cones

Method:

Preheat oven to 180C and prepare your baking papers.

In a bowl sift cake flour and baking powder.

In another bowl whisk eggs, oil, water and milk together then add the sugar and vanilla extract, once that is mixed, add all the dry ingredients.

Mix till smooth then scoop 60g of batter into your cupcake papers.

Bake at 180C for 13min

For the frosting cream: the butter and sugar till smooth then add vanilla extract and salted caramel and green food colouring, mix till smooth, then split in half, ice the cupcakes first then add the cone on top and pipe onto the cone.
