Ingredients (3)

1 pear
2 chicken thighs
coconut oil — or avocado oil for frying

Method:

Peel the pear, slice it in half and remove the core and seeds. 

Steam the pear for about 6 minutes or until soft.

Heat a tablespoon of coconut or avocado oil in a pan on medium to high heat and fry the chicken thighs for 15 minutes or until fully cooked and browned.

Add the chicken thighs and cooked pear to a blender and puree until smooth.
