These mini delights offer a gentle introduction to new textures and flavours. Each bite-sized bomb is crafted easily with 2 cheeses making them an ideal snack for tiny fingers and curious taste buds!

Ingredients (4)

100 g goats cheese
250 g cheese — full-fat, finely grated
3 1/2 tbsp dried mixed herbs
4 tbsp mixed seeds

Method:

Mix together the two cheeses in a bowl. Using your hands, roll the cheeses into small balls.

Place the mixed herbs on a shallow plate and roll half the cheese balls in the herbs to coat.

Place the mixed seeds on another shallow plate and roll the remaining cheese balls in the

seeds to coat.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
